Overstimulation is a visual novel depicting an autistic person’s experience with dating through game mechanics that make listening and responding more difficult for the player. This game was made over the span of 3 months for the U of U EAE Alt Game Development class.

Install instructions
Step 1: Download the .zip file included on this page.
Step 2: Right click the file and select "Extract all" from the drop down menu.
Step 3: In the folder that's created, run the .exe file and the game should start! (Let us know if it doesn't)
It's possible that Windows may show a warning regarding running the game. Click on "More info" and "Run anyway" to bypass the warning. Our game is not malware.
